Empowering ambitious professionals to take action in creating careers that they love
Let's work together!

Over the years, my career journey has been anything but a straight line. I've pivoted from the publishing industry while working at a local magazine straight out of college, to community development at Microsoft, and from social media strategy to media direction, before passionately diving into organizational development.

With a Master's in Positive Organizational Development & Change and over a decade of experience, I've dedicated myself to creating actionable solutions for individuals, teams, and leaders seeking positive change.

I created What You Do Matters to break away from old-school professionalism, offering fresh, approachable career development.

I combine my diverse background with a personal focus on every client, ensuring our services — from 1:1 coaching to team workshops, consulting and job hunting support — are tailored to make a real impact.

With accreditations in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Team Effectiveness, I'm all about taking decisive, meaningful action to help you create a career you love.

Life is meant to be lived, not overly obsessing about work!

I believe life is meant to be lived to its fullest, not spent in a cycle of constant work obsession.

A fulfilling career is a key part of a well-rounded life, not the sole focus of it.

That's why it’s my mission is to help you create a career that complements your life, not one that consumes it.

It’s why you see me advocating for a modern take on career development, guiding ambitious individuals (just like you!) and teams to take intentional, impactful action towards careers they love — careers that allow them the freedom and time to enjoy the other beautiful aspects of life, too.

By embracing this philosophy, I hope I can empower you to strike a healthy balance, where your work is meaningful and satisfying, but it's just one part of your vibrant, fully-lived life.
